Advocate; served in Jacobite Army, captured at Preston, imprisoned and transported to Virginia, 1716 where he died before 1721.
An advocate, living April 1698. Infeft in the lands of Quixwood 11th October 1708. Died before 30th August 1725.

Francis of Quixwood, Advocate, was transported for adhering to the Stuart cause, and went to Virginia, where he became factor to the Governor in 1717, died 1723.
