Mrs. Albert Linn Taken by Death This Morning
Mrs. Coral R. Linn, 46, of 350 North Avenue A, died this morning in the Graham hospital following a major operation yesterday. Mrs. Linn, a well known and highly esteemed woman, had lived in this city the past 15 months, previously residing on route 2.
Born in Canton Dec. 16, 1892, a daughter of I. L. and Ida May (Haines) Cadwalader, she was married in this city on Feb. 3, 1909 to Albert Linn. Surviving are the husband, her father, and the following children: Leroy, Peoria; Mrs. Leonard Twomey, Monmouthl and Miss Thelma, Gordon and Alma Lee, at home. Brothers and sister are: Haines Cadwalader, Canton; Garrett, East Peoria; Roscoe, Farmington; Mrs. Earl Johnson and Mrs. James Lingenfelter, both of this city; and Mrs. Clarence Wagner and Mrs. Ernest Cleer, Peoria. There are two grandchildren. Her mother and one son, Eldon, preceded her in death.
She was a member of the South park Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Methodist church by the Rev. F. E. Rueckert. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
Friends may call at the Gerard Funeral home. The casket will be open at the church from 12 o'clock noon Saturday until the hour of services. [1]
