Meetings & Events

The social side of the Clan Home Association is, we believe, as important as the historical aspect. We have therefore dedicated this page to information about future Clan events taking place.

The focus for this year is on the Clan Gathering (more details of which are below) which will encompass the AGM.
Our hope is that Homes, wherever they are in the world, will increasingly be encouraged to hold social events, large or small and the sense of family belonging and kinship will be fostered.

If you are interested in hosting an event and would like to publish details on this page then please do contact us at events@clanhome.org. In addition, the Council is happy to provide information and updates for any event.

We look forward to hearing about picnics, dances, reels and drinks parties from London to Aukland.

CLAN GATHERING 2008

The next Clan Gathering is planned to take place in Berwickshire, Scotland on the weekend of 15th-17th August and a full programme has already been planned for this event which will take place 5 years after our first Gathering in 2003. Find out more.

HUME CASTLE & BERWICKSHIRE TOURS

Ian Maitland Hume has kindly offered to put aside a couple of days during the summer / autumn where he would be willing to give a guided tour of the castle and surrounding country.
